Returns

For reasons related to health and safety, we are unable to accept customer returns for any reason, as they cannot be restocked and sold once leaving our facility. Once a product leaves our care, we are unable to confirm what has been done with the product, and could potentially have become contaminated in one way or another.

If there are any issues with an order, we ask that they be brought to our attention immediately, so that we are able to document these issues and address them. If an order is found to be damaged, please ensure that pictures are taken of the products and packaging including the tracking number and directed to our customer service team within 7 days. From here, we will take every step to ensure a solution is met, whether it be a full refund of the order or another order is dispatched in its place.

Damaged Orders

Any order that is damaged because of being mishandled by the courier company will be at the fault of them, as they bear this responsibility to carefully deliver the package. We will do what we can to ensure that these problems are handled quickly, and at the expense of the courier company, and not at the expense of the client. If terms are met, a replacement order will be sent.

Our customer service team will respond quickly with a solution that benefits the client. Without properly documented proof of a claim, such as pictures of the damage or expiration date, no refund will be given as the terms of our service have not been met.

Used Products

If a product is delivered and used before we receive a return or refund enquiry, we will consider the matter closed. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure the product is correct and in good condition upon being delivered. Any enquiries that are made that include pictures of a product that has been used will be denied instantly. Please see our Terms & Conditions page for more information about our websites policies.

If a client has noticed incorrect shipping information when checking the tracking information for their package, we bear no responsibility if the information was given incorrectly. We will review the submitted order, and if the incorrect information matches the information supplied by the client, it is their responsibility to speak with the courier company. A refund will not be authorised in this situation.

Charge Back Policy

Here at https://kamagradeutschland.com, we will not accept any chargebacks being made through a clients credit card company. We will view this as fraud, and act accordingly. Any client who places a chargeback on their order will be automatically banned from using our services until the matter is resolved. We reserve the right to legal action where necessary.

We would like to elaborate that a chargeback can be viewed as a cybercrime, and is a punishable offence. Our team will ensure that any illegal activity on a clients part is dealt with under the laws according to the country where the chargeback was made from.
