Does This Online Pharmacy Require a Written Prescription

Yes! Every package that leaves our facility is designated a unique tracking number. This tracking number is sent to the client Via email once we hand the package over to the courier team.

My Order Has Not Arrived, What Should I do?

We encourage contacting the shipping company when first looking into this issue. We do not have direct information available as to the package locations once they are dispatched from our facility. Tell them the order tracking number, and they should be able to locate the whereabouts. If this yields no answers, contact us directly via the Contact Us page for further assistance.

Every medication that we offer clients has been met with FDA approval for its intended use. Can I Collect My Order Directly?

No. As we are not a traditional pharmacy, we do not offer customer pickups. All orders that are made through our service will be required to be shipped to the client. At no point will any customer be able to pick their order up from our distribution centre.
